Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement efficient contract management systems
  2. Prepare and submit accurate BOQs and variations for client approval
  3. Negotiate and finalize contract packages, including SOWs
  4. Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects
  5. Conduct cost analyses and create reports to inform business decisions
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration
  • Strong understanding of building codes and contracts
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Australia PR or Citizenship
