We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the position of Occupational Therapist in our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality therapy services to support children with developmental delays and other needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized therapy sessions to children to help them achieve their development milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Educating and involving parents, carers, and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.
- Helping children with behavioral issues maintain positive behaviors in all environments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating.
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
- A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance.
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain.
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain.
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
