The role of Seasonal Admissions Cashier is a key part of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the ticket booth.
  • To process eftpos transactions and manage cash handling with accuracy and efficiency.
  • To possess superior product knowledge of all ticket and entry conditions, enabling upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills and above-average typing speed.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, school holidays, and special events.
