About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Carer Trainee to join our team. As a Carer Trainee, you will be involved in providing high-quality care and support to our residents while undertaking formal training and on-the-job assessments.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, with a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. If you have a caring nature and enjoy working with others, this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification and potentially secure a permanent position as a Carer with our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and assessments to achieve the required qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our residents' needs and preferences.
