Claims Validation Specialist

The Senior Process Executive will be responsible for validating and processing health insurance claims in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in validating and processing health insurance claims to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of claim details to prevent errors and delays.
- Support the review of claims for completeness and compliance with policy terms and conditions to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing documentation or information to facilitate seamless processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in handling sensitive health information to uphold trust and integrity.
- Respond to basic inquiries from policyholders regarding claim status and documentation requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products and claims lifecycle to provide context and guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to communicate with diverse stakeholders and customers.
