Are you a skilled computer technician looking for a part-time opportunity in Perth?

Geekify is seeking experienced professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional IT solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as PC, Mac, iOS, Android.

We're looking for someone who is proficient in troubleshooting issues, analyzing problems, and taking necessary steps to solve them within the customer's desired time duration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing problems and taking the necessary steps to solve them
  • Troubleshooting issues as desired by the customer
  • Issuing invoices and collecting payments for tasks completed
  • FOLLOWING UP ON THE SERVICES WITH THE CUSTOMERS IF NECESSARY
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the process

Required qualifications include:

  • A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems
  • Own vehicle and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone
  • (Minimum smartphone requirement: iPhone 7 and above, any other phones with Android 5 and above)
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional and friendly attitude
