About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Signal Maintainer to join our team at the Australian Rail Track Corporation. As a Signal Maintainer, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, maintaining, and repairing signalling and communication equipment on our extensive rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, modify, maintain, and repair signalling and communication equipment
  • Collaborate with other signalling professionals to perform signalling routine and reactive maintenance
  • Work on rail projects to ensure safe and efficient service delivery outcomes
  • Travel to various locations to perform maintenance and repairs
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology
  • Electrical License
  • Sound knowledge of testing parameters, signal circuit wiring plans, power wiring systems, and signal track plans
  • Knowledge of or an awareness of Work, Health and Safety principles and relevant rail safety legislation
  • Current drivers' license
