About the Role

You'll be responsible for the daily running of our fresh produce department, contributing to stores that are exceptionally presented and welcoming for customers, team members and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high department standards, including stock monitoring, rotation routines and quality control
  • Drive a one-team culture, prioritising team members' health, safety and wellbeing
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, inspiring teams to meet sales targets and cost controls

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments with direct leadership experience
  • Strong ability to inspire teams, drive sales growth, and achieve cost savings
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
