Rural Emergency Medicine Physician

This role offers the flexibility of a 10-hour shift roster, including weekdays and weekends, with on-call commitments of 1:2 or 1:3. The position is based at Ingham Health Service in Queensland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, with experience in Emergency Medicine and a willingness to work in a rural setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical services to patients in the Emergency Department
- Conduct emergency surgeries as required
- Participate in after-hours on-call rosters for the department
Requirements:
- General Specialist Registration with AHPRA
- Fellowship in FRACGP or FACRRM
- Rural Clinical Experience
- ALS Certification
