Chefs and Cooks are sought after to contribute to the smooth delivery of quality meals in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Our kitchen team is dynamic and growing, dedicated to excellence in hospitality and food service. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals across our venues.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, integral to planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and managing ordering of food supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements
  • Monitor the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation
  • Discuss food preparation and kitchen operations with Managers and kitchen/wait staff
  • Demonstrate techniques and advise team members on cooking procedures
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements
  • Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
  • Regulate cooking equipment temperatures for optimal results
  • Season food during cooking and finish dishes with appropriate garnishes and accompaniments
Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role is essential.

We seek candidates with strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) desirable.
