About the Role

Yooralla is committed to supporting practice placements for the development of an experienced and qualified disability sector workforce. As a student placement, you will gain experience in providing assistance with all aspects of daily living, including support with meals, personal care, hoisting, and everyday household tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Assist with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be currently studying a Certificate IV in Disability
  • Have a strong commitment to supporting people with disabilities
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
