About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned machine learning expert to join our team of innovators. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building proprietary machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities and architect machine learning solutions.
  • Build and productionise machine learning models including data preparation/processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, and performance improvements.
  • Contribute to and maintain high-quality codebases with comprehensive testing and load testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, research state-of-the-art deep learning models, and prototype new modelling ideas.
  • Share knowledge through technical talks, brown bags, and evangelising engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Machine Learning.
  • Extensive knowledge in and experience with Bayesian methods, recommender systems, multi-task modelling, meta-learning, click-through rate modelling, and conversion rate modelling.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems.
  • Familiarity with Kubeflow, Tensorflow, and Feature Store is a plus.
