Accor Room Attendant Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping Team as Room Attendants on a Casual basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest room is kept clean, tidy, and immaculately presented at all times. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences will make a significant impact on our hotel's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and clean assigned guest rooms to hotel standards.
- Report maintenance and repair requirements, as well as missing items, according to procedure.
- Maintain store rooms and trolleys in a neat and stocked condition.
- Perform deep cleaning duties as required.
- Follow correct procedures for lost property items.
- Handle amenities, chemicals, and equipment according to WHS standards.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a 7-day roster.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Experience as a Room Attendant is essential.
