Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment strategy and build a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to partner with leaders to shape roles and advise on talent assessment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to embed consistent, scalable recruitment practices and mature our talent acquisition function as the business grows.

You will proactively source and market insight to shape pipelines for critical roles, champion structured, inclusive assessment and selection practices, and drive process discipline and ATS ownership.
