Workforce Transformation Manager

Talent International is seeking a seasoned Workforce Transformation Manager to spearhead the implementation of a critical Workforce Management (WFM) project across their organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex workforce management implementations, preferably with UKG Pro WFM, and a strong background in facilities management or building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, setting key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
  • Direct a cross-functional project team to define, communicate, and execute the deployment plan.
  • Provide regular, in-depth project status updates to stakeholders, including the executive committee.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, recommending solutions for executive review as needed.

About You:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative leader with exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to unite stakeholders across operational, technical, and vendor teams.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience leading complex workforce management implementations (preferably UKG Pro WFM) across large workforces
  • Facilities Management or Building Services experience is advantageous
  • Strong project scope and vendor management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines
  • Exceptional facilitation skills with the ability to bring together diverse teams and drive decision-making
  • High level of comfort working across both technical and operational roles, as well as with external vendors
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification such as PMBOK, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent
