Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in leading and monitoring the performance of a team within the Assessments division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with leadership to drive program analysis, delivery, and assessment of funding initiatives.
  • Monitor the successful execution of QRA's funding programs by identifying and mitigating risks that impact diverse stakeholders.
  • Provide informed advice and support to divisional leaders in shaping their direction.
  • Lead teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives by leveraging experience and judgment in accordance with established policies and processes.
  • Facilitate Performance Development Agreement discussions and reviews with direct reports, setting clear expectations and addressing HR-related matters or performance issues.
