The role of a Support Team Member is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service to clients. As the first point of contact, this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome and meeting the needs of tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

This includes:

  • Assignment to a site that requires support
  • Setting the tone for a great customer experience
  • Providing information and support to customers and visitors
  • Managing inbox and meeting room bookings
  • Hospitality services, meeting room set-ups, room refresh, event coordination
  • Managing the concierge service portal, responding to all requests in a timely manner
  • Driving activations and promoting usage of the communal spaces and amenities available
  • Reporting on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in hospitality, residential concierge, serviced office, or co-working spaces
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
  • Passion for customer service
  • Discreet, able to maintain confidentiality, and build a high level of trust
  • Flexibility and readiness to learn new sites and procedures
  • Tolerance of taking directions from management and colleagues on your assigned workplaces
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming
