We are seeking a Frontline Representative to play a key role in ensuring that all visitors, callers and partners/employees are greeted and attended to in a responsive, friendly, and professional manner with a focus on service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly, politely and professionally greet all visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after.
  • Answer internal and external phone calls, directing them to the most appropriate person.
  • Administer bookings for internal services, including rooms, catering and facilities equipment.
  • Ensure the presentation of the reception area and all meeting rooms and boardroom is maintained.
  • Provide backup support for other roles within the team as required.

  • Possess a friendly, positive, proactive approach to work.
  • Enjoy working with people and pride yourself in your customer service skills.
  • Have impeccable grooming and a professional telephone manner.
  • Be a team player with flexible working hours.
  • Have highly developed organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
