**Your Role**

As a Support Worker, your daily tasks may include social support, domestic assistance, or personal care. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

**What We're Looking For**

* **Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent**: You'll need to have a current Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
* **First Aid and CPR**: You'll need to hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* **NDIS Check**: You'll need to have a current NDIS check.
* **Right to Work in Australia**: You'll need to have the right to work in Australia.
* **Experience**: While experience working in aged, disability care, or domestic assistance is desirable, it's not essential.
