Microbiology QC Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Microbiology Analyst to join our team at Bell People, a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for performing a range of microbiology tasks, including QC sterility testing, preparing for general assay testing, and maintaining testing records.
Key Responsibilities- Perform QC sterility testing in the microbiology department, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and regulations.
- Prepare for general assay testing, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate and detailed testing records, including data entry using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Assist with the investigation of out-of-specification results (OOS) and invalid assays, working closely with the Quality Assurance team.
- Ensure that equipment and facilities are properly maintained and prepared in accordance with approved procedures.
- Contribute to general laboratory housekeeping and maintaining stock in the laboratory.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Microbiology) and relevant experience working with microbiology test methods. You will also possess strong scientific report writing skills, with some experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP). Additionally, you will have sound experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
