Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of high-quality software applications using MERN stack and relevant Web3 languages and frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop architecturally sound solutions for projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Create end-to-end software applications that meet project requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, manage change requests, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tasks.
  • Mentor junior engineers on software development best practices and host regular team meetings.
Key Requirements:
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge of Web3 framework and languages, including Solidity.
  • Proficiency in MERN Stack and experience with software development life cycles.
  • Proven track record of team management and client collaboration.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • High degree of proactivity and responsibility.
