Testing and Commissioning Site Supervisor

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing and Commissioning Deputy Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all testing and commissioning activities on site. This includes coordinating with contractors, equipment suppliers, and grid operators to ensure everything is ready for energization.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Supporting the planning and execution of all testing and commissioning activities.
- Coordinating with contractors, equipment suppliers, and grid operators.
- Overseeing testing of key systems like PV arrays, inverters, transformers, protection relays, and SCADA.
- Taking the lead on the R2 testing process.
- Troubleshooting technical issues during commissioning.
- Keeping accurate records of test results, issues, and resolutions.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Experience working with SCADA systems, HV/MV equipment, and protection systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a strategic approach. Additionally, experience with renewable energy projects and integration of renewable energy sources would be beneficial.
