We are seeking an experienced gerontology physiotherapist with a strong interest in leading excellence in client care and education of staff and students to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise, implement, develop and supervise physiotherapy care and promote best practice.
  • Assess and treat patients on GEM wards; oversee a clinical caseload including neurological, musculoskeletal, and general physiotherapy.
  • Supervise junior staff and supervise physiotherapy students on placement.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience resulting in high level of clinical skills in Gerontology Physiotherapy.
  • Proven ability to manage complex older population patients in the subacute setting.
  • Experience and/or interest in the management and education of undergraduate physiotherapy students and junior staff.
