Guardian of Pool Safety

- Ensure the safety and supervision of pool area patrons by providing advice, performing rescues, administering first aid, and initiating resuscitation as needed.
- Effectively manage lane bookings during shifts by installing or removing lane ropes as required.
- Maintain a clean environment in the pool area by conducting daily inspections to remove leaves and debris.
- Preserve a high level of cleanliness within the gym by tidying up after use and ensuring equipment is stored properly.
- Deliver day-one inductions for new attendees, manage sign-ins and equipment checks throughout shifts, and address any general inquiries or questions as needed.
This role demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing individuals to thrive in a team environment. A lifeguard certification and first aid qualification are essential prerequisites for this position.
