Airport Site Cleaning Professional

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Site Cleaning Supervisors and Cleaners. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of cleaners to deliver high standards. This includes managing rosters, supplies, and client expectations, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleaning protocols.

As a Cleaner, you will perform general cleaning duties across terminal, office, and facility spaces. This includes maintaining cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas, operating equipment safely, and following health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Supervisors: Lead and support a team of cleaners; manage rosters, supplies, and client expectations; conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and cleaning protocols.
  • Cleaners: Perform general cleaning duties; maintain cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas; operate equipment safely and follow health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or supervising cleaning teams (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments like airports.
