We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our Cruise Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Supporting and handling customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximizing sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
