We are seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to play a key role in promoting store safety and security. This position is part of our overall strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide world-class services.

The successful candidate will be empowered to mitigate risk through proactive and investigative operations, implementing effective Stock Management policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to start their career in the Loss Prevention field, learning fundamental concepts of Risk Assessment & Inventory Control while developing exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies
  • Incident reporting and compliance monitoring
  • Store safety and security management
  • Contractor vetting and performance evaluation
  • Relationship building with centre management, law enforcement agencies & other retailers
  • Inventory tracking and analysis
  • Representing the organisation's WHS interests
  • Operating surveillance systems (overt & covert)

Requirements:

  • Security License or equivalent certification
  • First Aid Certificate or equivalent training
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Thriving in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
  • Adaptable and able to think critically in high-pressure situations
  • A strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
