Job Title: Food Court Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Court Assistant to join our team at Costco Wholesale. As a Food Court Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe food court environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food, including pizzas, chicken, and soft pretzels, to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ring up sales, collect money, and make change, while providing prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Assemble and present orders to customers, using tongs to pick up hot food items.
  • Maintain a clean and safe food court environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, and surfaces.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies, and pull items from the warehouse as needed.
  • Follow health codes and safety procedures, including sanitation, temperatures, and product rotation.

Requirements:

  • High School certificate or higher.
  • Must complete Costco Food Safety Certification.
  • Food service and safety experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week, with rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity.
