About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our distribution centre in Browns Plains. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with operations on a day-to-day basis, including data entry, monitoring stock levels, and general administrative duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support warehouse activities, including equipment delivery and installations.
  • Complete other tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
About You
  • Experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Well-developed people skills with solid time management and ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Must hold a current driver's license and have a forklift license (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Time management and prioritizing skills, with the ability to learn new skills quickly and effectively.
