Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Financial Coordinator to join our team at AnglicareSA. This is a full-time permanent position that offers flexible working arrangements, salary packaging benefits, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to NDIS customers while ensuring accurate management of financial and administrative records. You will be responsible for reviewing customer plans, liaising with plan managers, NDIA, and carers to secure funding, and completing billing as required.

You will also provide partnership with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and statement recovery processes are met. Additionally, you will generate regular reports, maintain documentation, data, and statistics using program service systems, and coordinate with customers, managers, and stakeholders to secure funds for supports and invoice accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to NDIS customers, ensuring accurate management of financial and administrative records.
  • Review customer plans, liaise with plan managers, NDIA, and carers to secure funding, and complete billing as required.
  • Partnership with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and statement recovery processes are met.
  • Generate regular reports, maintain documentation, data, and statistics using program service systems.
  • Coordinate with customers, managers, and stakeholders to secure funds for supports and invoice accordingly.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Knowledge around billing and finance specifically NDIS service bookings and billing is desirable.
  • High-level computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and navigation and use of customer database system, Salesforce Lumary is desirable.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret, analyse data, with a focus on identifying errors and improving systems.
  • Able to manage workloads and prioritise tasks accordingly, contributing to teamwork culture.
  • NDIS Worker clearance, Working with Children Check, and National Police clearance or willingness to obtain.
