Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our team in Kalgoorlie. As an HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and clients.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE performance, incidents, and near-misses.
  • Investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Work Health & Safety or similar.
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation and industry standards.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel).
  • Experience using HSE Data Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
