Our Fleet Team is seeking a skilled and proactive Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing rosters and schedules for our mobile team, ensuring operational KPIs are achieved. They will also coordinate call-out work and have confidence communicating with their fellow team members.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Preparing weekly rosters for Fleet Service Fitters
- Liaising with external customers who require call-out assistance
- Allocating call-out work internally in line with agreed policies and procedures
- Obtaining order numbers and converting work orders into invoices
- Updating information in relevant IT systems
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Workforce planning/scheduling or rostering experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confidence receiving direction and providing direction to others
- Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
