Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting
  • • Lead the finance team and assist with the production team (Inventory WIP)
  • • Preparation and submission of statutory reporting requirements
  • • Budgeting and forecasting, including interim reporting
  • • Treasury management and cash flow optimization
  • • Administrative management of the office
Long-term Objectives:
  • • Finance department growth and development
  • • Direct reporting to the Board of Directors
  • • Strategic planning and business operations
Requirements:
  • • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Consolidation and financial statement preparation experience
  • • 5+ years of successful accounting experience in a similar role
  • • Inventory management expertise
  • • Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards
  • • Timely and accurate financial information delivery
  • • Certified accountant status
