Project Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to take ownership of our terminal operations.
Job Description:This role involves managing the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring successful execution in accordance with our standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and shape the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery.
- Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration to coordinate successful delivery of works.
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Provide feedback to motivate, innovate, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of project management and related experience.
- Ability to read structural drawings and experience with structural elements of construction.
