About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at Charterhouse. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
    • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support strategic decision-making
    • Maintain records of all staff correspondence
    • Maintain company register of staff annual leave
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
    • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
    • Support initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
    • Organising internal and external events
    • Organise employee recognition programs and surveys
    • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies aligned with the company's values and goals.
  • Training and Development:
    • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs
    • Manage soft and technical training
    • Assist in identifying training needs and support the development of tailored learning and development plans
    • Coach Client Advisors in management of their teams
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Coordinate onboarding of new starters
    • Ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the company
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries, providing timely support and guidance
    • Assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts
  • Health, Safety, and Well-being:
    • Support health, safety, and well-being initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
    • Assist with the implementation of programs to promote employee well-being and work-life balance
