The Role of the CX Operations Specialist is pivotal to the day-to-day success of our customer experience activities.

This specialist coordinates and supports research and design initiatives within product teams, manages intake and prioritization across the backlog, maintains shared assets and systems, operationalizes design, research & content rituals, tracks tool usage, liaises with procurement, legal, and privacy departments to streamline vendor onboarding and reduce friction, synthesizes market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable intelligence, prepares clear summaries or readouts that communicate progress, blockers, and wins, contributes to research ops infrastructure, and keeps CX teams informed and connected.

The ideal candidate has experience in CX, Design Ops, UX Ops, Research Ops, or a related coordination role, possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, Confluence, and a learning mindset. They must be able to work across design, research, product, and engineering teams, understand their language, and bring a positive, proactive approach to every interaction.
