Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team, with a proven track record of managing aged care facilities in a regional or multi-site capacity. As a key member of our operational leadership team, you will play a critical role in establishing our Melbourne-based facilities and driving the growth of our local team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of our services into Victoria, including supporting change management and driving standardisation across our Victorian facilities.
  • Develop and implement commercial and business strategies, with a deep understanding of aged care sector regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Embed internal quality standards, policies, and procedures for our new facilities, aligned with our organisational values.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and drive successful change management.
  • Ensure effective implementation of business processes, systems, and project-based initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a highly collaborative and transformational leader with a strong background in aged care multi-site operations. Your skills and experience should include:

Strategic thinking and operational excellence across multi-site portfolios.Experience in brownfield, greenfield, and acquisition operational management in aged care, with a focus on seamless delivery of care and service excellence.Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.A thorough understanding of sector regulatory and compliance changes, and the ability to implement operational protocols and ways of working.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including staff, residents, families, and key stakeholders.
