Medical Research Associate Role

This 12-month program is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Nursing, Biomedical or Health Science to develop a breadth of experience across the healthcare continuum.

You will be involved in supporting the administrative and clinical trial execution needs of studies, gaining insight into various parts of the product life cycle and seeing the impact on patients.

This role enables you to navigate challenging scenarios, develop leadership and resilience skills, and develop an eye for detail that allows you to excel in this and future roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the execution of clinical trials programs.
  • Perform research for teams operating within the clinical research team.
  • Assist with project development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation.
  • Offer analysis, reporting, and internal communication services with team members.
  • Develop knowledge of industry processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical or Health Sciences graduate.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work across different teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingsness to learn new concepts.
