">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our Retail Banking Services team as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief.
">This key role provides relief support to our branches, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.
">You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, completing Financial Health Checks, and providing options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate financial terms clearly, and a genuine interest in building a career with us that improves the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provide relief support to our branches and have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs.
- Complete Financial Health Checks and identify opportunities to improve customers' financial situations.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customers' financial goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints and issues.
