We're seeking an Innovation Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney. In this role, you'll support, develop, and execute a funnel of consumer-led product innovation across our exciting beer portfolio that fuels our growth agenda.

A Day in the Life
  • You'll partner with our Brand and Innovation Team to identify white space opportunities and build a 3-year pipeline aligned with our Innovation and Masterbrand strategies.
  • You'll lead the development of innovation ideas, working with insights, supply chain, R&D, and external agencies.
  • You'll lead cross-functional teams in delivering consumer-validated beer innovation projects to market through the Stage Gate process, meeting consumer, customer, and commercial goals.
  • You'll collaborate with category, brand, and shopper teams to engage customers on our innovation program and support best practice go-to-market launch planning.
What Will Make You Successful
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced team, preferably in FMCG.
  • You have brand management experience with a strong focus on new product development (NPD).
  • You've led cross-functional teams from idea to launch.
  • You possess strong strategic agility and accountability for commercial delivery to goals.
  • You're familiar with best practices in innovation frameworks and can transfer your capability to others.
  • You excel in communication, building partnerships, influencing, and exploring multiple pathways for solutions.
