As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative investment structures for investors globally.

Our fund structuring team is responsible for creating highly innovative investment structures for investors worldwide. As a Global Investment Strategist, you will work closely with our client relationship management, investment, and operations teams, as well as external service providers and counsel, to deliver market-leading products.

Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing customised separate accounts for superannuation clients. You will also lead client conversions for investments in traditional commingled funds, negotiating terms with clients and their external counsel, and preparing and operationalising side letters.

Additionally, you will prepare and review agreements relating to investment structures such as limited partnership agreements and prospectuses. You will efficiently manage complex structuring projects from a legal, regulatory, operational, and project management perspective.

You will have the opportunity to develop your own service catalogue and stay up-to-date with regulatory/industry developments, providing periodic updates to internal parties. Your excellent analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
