Key Responsibilities- Lead Maintenance Programs: Oversee the maintenance programs of key customers, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our service, repair, and warranty guidelines.

- Product Diagnostics: Collaborate with suppliers to diagnose and resolve product issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Maintenance Expertise: Provide expertise as a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for commercial vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring that all maintenance coding is completed in accordance with our policy.
- Maintenance Inclusions/Exclusions: Manage maintenance inclusions and exclusions, ensuring that customers are informed of charges and that all work is carried out in accordance with our policy.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships and communicate with key account managers, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate and participate in team activities to improve the delivery of services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Support to the Business: Provide support to the business by participating in initiatives and projects as required, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Trade Qualification: Hold a trade qualification in motor mechanics or a similar field.
- Computer Skills: Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.
