About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Underground Coal Fitter to join our mine services team on a day shift at Appin Colliery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate experience working safely in a similar underground coal mining environment;
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on diesel engines and equipment;
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and quality guidelines;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Trade Qualification in a relevant field;
  • Diesel Engine Systems certification;
  • Valid ID and Work Rights in Australia;
  • National Order 43 medical clearance.
