We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in regional NSW.

The Production Manager will be responsible for mentoring and supporting Development, Longwall and Outbye Superintendents as well as Undermanagers. The role requires working closely with the Operations Manager to influence proactive change and optimise existing mining operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years minimum experience as an Undermanager, Superintendent and/or Production Manager in underground coal mining operations. They must also hold AU working rights and reside locally to the mine (willing and able to relocate).

A Statutory UMM certification for NSW underground coal mines is highly advantageous but not mandatory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of production and manage it with your own style. You will work collaboratively with Tech Services and Engineering/Maintenance Manager to improve long-term strategies and general day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will enjoy a relocation package, industry leading salary package with further benefits, allowances, accommodation subsidies and bonus plans. As a Stat ticket holder, you will be eligible to receive further allowances.
