Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Technical Trainer to deliver training and develop students' knowledge, awareness, and information security programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching cybersecurity courses and performing audits for information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specific cybersecurity training courses from our vendors via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs that incorporate real-world knowledge to keep the content up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collaborate with our cyber lead to create marketing content such as public webinars, fireside chats, workshops, and cyber events.
  • Provide sales support to account managers with respect to client enquiries.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the area of information security and information system audit.
  • Experience training cybersecurity courses and performing audits for information systems.
  • Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), involved in integrating information security into the governance of an organization.
  • Experience implementing or auditing ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Essential 8, ISM or CIS Controls within an organization.
  • Eligible for certification as per the credential body's experience requirements.
