Role Overview
Customer Experience Officers serve as our frontline representatives, committed to delivering service quality that surpasses customer expectations in every interaction. Positioned at the front desk, these officers are dedicated to providing outstanding service and cultivating meaningful relationships with facility users. This commitment to high-quality service and relationship building will contribute to increased revenue through enhanced membership, program participation, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Possess knowledge of all community programs and effectively match them to the unique needs of customers.
- Engage in sales activities, including memberships and services, to prospective members.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Successful candidates will undergo relevant pre-employment checks and must maintain a current working with children check.
- Willingness to obtain first aid and CPR qualifications is required.
