Summary:
A dedicated Teacher Aide is required to support our teaching staff in a dynamic educational environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience for our students.
About Us:
We are a growing, independent, co-educational Christian College with two campuses serving over 600 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs and abilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation
- Engage with students in a positive and inclusive manner to foster a love of learning
- Contribute to a safe and respectful classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Capacity to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Committed Christian with a passion for education and student wellbeing
Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Education or a related field
- Previous experience as a Teacher Aide or similar role
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to hold a Blue Card and undergo a satisfactory police check.
