We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in shaping the digital marketing strategy for one of Australia's leading shopping centers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media and content strategy, working collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver creative content across multiple channels.

This varied role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical skills and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of market segmentation in the retail industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy
  • Create and deliver compelling content across multiple channels
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver creative solutions
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop tailored marketing support plans for key retailer launches
  • Assist in coordinating monthly reports and identifying key risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Marketing professional with a strong understanding of market segmentation in the retail industry
  • Experience in CRM systems, CMS, social channels, Google Analytics, eDM and mobile marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, develop timelines and deliver initiatives on time and within budget
