Seeking a qualified educator to lead our Early Education Program, providing high-quality curriculum and wellbeing programs for students with special learning needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a teacher in the Early Education Program, working with children aged 2.8 to 4.8 years who present with delays in two or more developmental areas. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy and numeracy skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive school climate and improve professional practice
Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
  • Experience in responding to student learning needs and developing strategies to support their growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and the broader school community
