Educational Director

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Traralgon Conway Court. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, working closely with our centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

• Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
• Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
• Lead the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive change and excellence

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
